Odegaard was outstanding as Arsenal won the Champions League clash 2-0.
The midfielder said afterwards: "I thought we did well. We controlled most of the game and created a lot of good moments. We could have scored a few more goals maybe and used the ball a little bit more. We could have been better in certain areas. But in general, a good and solid win.
"We expected that. We know they're a good side. They play really intense and direct football. We know the quality they have, especially up front. We knew it was going to be a tough game, but I think we could have done a little bit better in certain areas to control the game better. But in the end, 2-0 and a win, so we're happy."
On reaching the semifinals last season, Odegaard added, "It gives us confidence that we're ready. We want to do even better. We did really well last year to go all the way to the semis, but we want more. We want to win it, so I think we just have to use all those experiences, show that we've improved and we're better this year. We're ready for it."
