The Nigeria international joined the Italian team from Czech side Viktoria Plzen in January for around €11m but struggled to reproduce his prolific form in Italy.
The 23-year-old scored only once in 12 competitive appearances for the Black and Blues. Following Pisa’s relegation to Serie B, the forward is keen to move on this summer.
Belgian outlet Het Nieuwsblad claims Genk are willing to pay €10m for his services, potentially making him the club’s record signing.
Former Genk forwards Paul Onuachu and Tolu Arokodare both used the club as a springboard to the Premier League.
If signed, Durosinmi would become Genk’s second summer arrival after Jeppe Erenbjerg. The Smurfs view the Nigerian as a key addition to strengthen their attacking options further.
