The 19-year-old has signed a contract with the Swiss club until 2030 and will wear the number 55 shirt.
Victory began his European journey in 2025 with Lithuanian club FK Banga Gargzdai, where he made 32 competitive appearances and gained UEFA Conference League qualifying experience.
He later moved to Hungary, quickly becoming a key figure in Zalaegerszegi’s defence, featuring in 16 of 19 matches and playing 120 minutes in the Hungarian Cup final.
“I’m very happy to have signed with FC Basel. Now I want to settle in quickly and fully focus on the upcoming season,” Victory said.
“I will give everything for this great club and want to win as much as possible, preferably trophies. I’m the type of player who treats every match like a final – that’s how I prepare and fight for every ball.”
