Jadon Sancho has reportedly rejected a £20m loan-to-buy move to Serie A side Roma, leaving the Manchester United outcast still stuck in transfer limbo.

Sancho, 25, remains a Man United player despite their efforts to offload him after Chelsea paid £5 million to get out of their £25m obligation to buy at the end of last season.

The winger has had interest from several clubs, mostly in the Serie A, with Napoli, Juventus, and Roma all linked.

According to Fabrizio Romano, via GiveMeSport, Roma agreed a deal with Man United for Sancho that would be an initial loan with a £20 million obligation to buy.

Sancho turned the chance to join Gian Piero Gasperini’s side, citing a mix of "financial and technical factors".

It’s been reported that Sancho earns roughly £300,000 per-week at Old Trafford, something that has continued to be a stumbling block.
