Lewandowski is a target for Juventus as his contract with Barca runs down.
The Pole told La Gazzetta dello Sport: "To be honest, there is nothing to say about my future right now.
"I'm completely honest. The goal is to end the season with as many wins, goals and titles as possible. Then we'll see. I'm not thinking about it and I haven't decided, at the moment it's not a priority."
Lewandowski admits that he has been close to Serie A once earlier in his career - but that was quite a while ago.
"Have I ever been close to Serie A? In 2010 I was still in Poland and about to sign for Borussia Dortmund," he added.
"Genoa wanted to sign me, so they invited me to a match against Sampdoria. I was curious to see the club, the arena and the atmosphere."
