Pablo is set to join West Ham as a replacement for Niclas Fullkrug, who is signing on-loan with AC Milan.

Sky Sports says West Ham have reached an agreement with Portuguese side Gil Vicente to sign Pablo.
The 21-year-old will cost €23m.
Pablo is expected to travel to London today to undergo his medical.
The striker has scored nine goals and one assist in twelve games in the Portuguese league this season.
