Nuno Espirito Santo’s side look set to have a busy January transfer window as they seek to fight off relegation over the second half of the season.
According to Fabrizio Romano, West Ham are now set to sign Castellanos, 27, from Italian side Lazio after already agreeing a fee to sign Pablo from Gil Vicente.
It’s understood that Castellanos will cost the East London club around £25 million, while the deal to sign Pablo is worth £17.5m.
Castellanos hasn’t been particularly prolific so far this season, scoring just twice in his 12 games across all competitions.
Pablo, on the other hand, has had a genuinely impressive season in Portugal, scoring ten in his 14 games.
