Arsenal won the first-leg 3-2 on the night, with Rice venting at coach Albert Stuivenberg at halftime.
The clash became so heated that Gunners defender Gabriel Magalhaes was forced to step in before things further escalated.
Lip leader Jeremy Freeman told the Daily Mail that Rice began by saying "just go", and Gabriel stepped in to say to Stuivenberg: "Stop, please stop, please stop".
Then, Freeman states Rice barked: "Oh for f***'s sake", at which point Gabriel tells his teammate to be "calm".
Rice goes further, snapping: "'He doesn’t know what the hell he is on about!"
The video ends with Gabriel saying: "Calm, hey stop, hey calm."
