Spurs have made the move to improve cashflow.
Tottenham have debts of £750m after financing their new stadium. They also spent a massive £173m during the summer transfer window, with the likes of Xavi Simons and Mohammed Kudus arriving.
It's reported Tottenham's new £90m loan has been made against future media rights revenues which are due from the Premier League during the current season.
