Frank was sacked on Wednesday morning after just under eight months in charge following their 2-1 defeat at home against Newcastle on Tuesday.
Defeat to Newcastle left them 16th in the Premier League, just five points above the relegation places, as fans begin to worry about whether the North London side can stay up and avoid dropping to the Championship.
The club have already suffered 11 league defeats this campaign and next face Arsenal (H), Fulham (A), Crystal Palace (H), Liverpool (A) and Nottingham Forest (H).
Reports are already linking some big names including former Bayern Leverkusen and Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso, recently sacked Marseille head coach Roberto De Zerbi, Xavi, Edin Terzic and former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca.
Frank left Brentford in June to replace Ange Postecoglou after the Australian was sacked despite winning the Europa League. The club now have 13 games left of the season to avoid relegation, something that is likely if their poor form continues.
Frank exits having won just 13 of his 38 games in charge and without a league win in 2026. An interim manager could step in for Frank, much like at Manchester United, where Michael Carrick has found success.
