Lukaku has since been suspended by Napoli and looks set to leave the club at the end of the season.
According to TeamTalk, the former Chelsea, Man United, and Everton striker is pushing for a return to the Premier League.
It’s understood that Napoli will demand a fee of around €20m with Lukaku’s representatives actively reaching out to clubs.
Inter and AC Milan have also been linked with the Belgium international, but neither club have made concrete approach.
