Fresh of the back of their second consecutive Champions League title, PSG are looking to go big in the summer transfer window.
According to FootMercato, Fernandes, 21, and Summerville, 24, have been identified by sporting director Luis Campos as potential targets.
Both players were bright sparks for West Ham throughout a tricky season and are expected to leave following their relegation.
It’s been reported that the East London club will need to raise around £150 million from player sales this summer.
Fernandes is valued at £85 million, with the likes of Man United, Chelsea, and Real Madrid all interested in the midfielder.
Summerville is likely to be cheaper, with reports suggesting he could be available for closer to £35 million.
