Pickford's last deal was penned in 2023 and runs to 2027. This new agreement will be an extension and also improve on his current terms.
Pickford reached his 300th appearance for Everton last month.
His contract will follow on from Everton also securing Jarrad Branthwaite and James Tarkowski to new deals this season.
