The former Juventus sports director was reappointed in a similar role by Spurs earlier this season after serving a FIFA ban for his role in Juve's capital gains scandal.
Paratici told Sky Italia: "Here I feel at home because they truly made me feel at home. I arrived in June 2020/21, and in November this very serious legal, sporting, and criminal matter began, and when you're in a place where they only partially know you, you have this fear of being judged, of being seen through different eyes, and here they never judged me, never made me feel in doubt.
"They always helped me, always supported me. There was never a moment when I felt, 'Oh, Fabio...'. I was suspended, sanctioned, and I stayed here as a consultant, resigning out of respect for this club, which had nothing to do with this matter.
"They wanted to keep me as a consultant, and when the suspension ended, I resumed my work from the exact position I was in, and I can only thank them."
