Femi Azeez has attracted strong transfer interest after Millwall rejected a fresh £20 million bid from Ipswich Town for the Nigeria forward.

The 24-year-old enjoyed an outstanding campaign in the Championship, registering 11 goals and eight assists in 35 appearances.

His performances earned him international recognition after switching allegiance from England to Nigeria, where he marked his debut in style with a brace in a 2-0 Unity Cup semi-final win over Zimbabwe.

Ipswich had previously tested Millwall’s resolve during the January transfer window, with earlier offers believed to be in the £15–20 million range.

However, Millwall stood firm, with reports suggesting they now value their star attacker closer to £30 million.

Azeez who is contracted at The Den until 2028 is also expected to feature for Nigeria in the Unity Cup final against Jamaica on Saturday.
