According to The Independent, the North London club will step up their pursuit of Eze, 27, now that they’ve signed the prolific Swede.
Speaking after the club’s 3-2 pre-season win over Newcastle, Arteta hinted that the club would continue to make moves in the transfer window.
“Let’s see,” he coyly told reporters. “The market is still going on and we’ll have to balance that out with the squad as well. I think we’ll be open to see what happens.”
