Mbeumo happy scoring first Man Utd goal at Old Trafford

Mbeumo struck, with United winning 3-2 thanks to an injury-time penalty converted by Bruno Fernandes.

"Yeah, I feel very good," Mbeumo told MUTV. "I think today was really important that we could win, and yeah, obviously I'm really happy to score my first goal here.

"We kept going in the game and, at the end, we got the reward."

Speaking to BBC Match of the Day, he added: "I'm very happy, and we win as well – as a striker, it is important to be confident with goals.

"We are all a team, it is not only one person. We all worked very hard for the win today."
