Malen has already bettered that tally since joining Roma on loan in January, scoring 12 in 16, becoming their top scorer.
According to Corriere dello Sport, while Roma have a €25m - €30m option to buy included in the deal, they may struggle to keep him.
Man United, alongside Chelsea and Newcastle are all interested in Malen following his impressive form in Italy.
