Liverpool chiefs make Salah sale decision

Salah was welcomed back by manager Arne Slot for Saturday's win against Brighton.

Slot confirmed in the aftermath that he had dropped Salah for the midweek Champions League win at Inter Milan after his outburst following the draw at Leeds.

There has been claims of Liverpool selling Salah to the Saudi Pro League next month while he turns out for Egypt at AFCON.

But the Daily Mail says Liverpool's board have no plans to cash in on the veteran, who's contract runs to 2027.

Salah is now leaving Merseyside to join Egypt's squad ahead of AFCON in Morocco.
