Semenyo, 25, is in the form of his life for Bournemouth, scoring six goal and providing three assists in his seven Premier League appearances so far.
Bournemouth are understood to value the winger at £75 million in an attempt to ward of interest from fellow Premier League sides.
According to talkSPORT, the price tag hasn’t put off Liverpool sporting director Hughes, who played an integral role in signing Semenyo while at Bournemouth.
The report adds that the winger held talks with Tottenham and Man United in the summer before ultimately deciding to pen a new deal with the south coast club.
