As Lewis steps down as executive vice-chair, Richard Garlick rose to chief executive and a number of Kroenke Sports and Entertainment whilst Kroenke has become more and more important behind the scenes for The Gunners.
The changes also include KSE’s Kelly Blaha and Otto Maly joining as non-executive directors alongside long-time KSE advisor, Dave Steiner. Meanwhile, Producer and director, Ben Winston, a season ticket holder at the club for over 30 years, also joins the board as a non-executive director.
Kroenke thanks those have left
Kroenke spoke on the mass changes and waved goodbye to those such as Lewis who have departed the side:

Arsenal are pushing forward
Arsenal are slowly marching forward into a new era and despite mass changes, the club seems to be on an upward trajectory at the moment as Kroenke explains that the club’s short and long term and in reach.
“In keeping with our desire to always move forward, we will strengthen our board with some exciting additions who will bring vast experience to the club across a wide range of professions.
“The group know and love Arsenal, and will bring a different skill set and expertise while injecting fresh thinking and energy to support us all to achieve our ambitions.”
