The Cherries won 2-0 at Molineux through goals from Eli Juniour Kroupi and Scott.
“I think Alex is performing very well this season,” Iraola said.
“I think especially in a moment where we've been playing without Tyler Adams, without Ryan Christie, he has had to play probably all the minutes and I think he's becoming a very good player.
“I hope we can keep him there, now that we have with Ryan Christie recovered with Alex Toth, with Tyler Adams not so far, we can keep him with the same level.”
Iraola added: “I think Wolves is a team that has still soul.
“You can feel they are losing but they are giving everything and they have good players and they put every offensive player I think they had.
“You know there is a moment where they are sending numbers and you have to survive because, you survive, the chances that you have an open game, an open transition, are big.
“I think that was the key moment of the game where they decided to put everyone up front, don't concede and then wait for the second.”
