Isak has been subject of a £110M plus add-ons bid from Liverpool, which was rejected by Newcastle whose chase for RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko looks to have come to a close this week as he decides to join Manchester United.
The Swedish international has been a sensational signing for Newcastle having scored 62 goals in 109 matches since his move from Real Sociedad in 2022. His move to The Reds would have been sealed if the Magpies had secured the services of Sesko in what is another failed move from the club.
Now, as reported by journalist Ben Jacobs, Isak has been told to train alone and at separate times to his Newcastle United teammates by manager Eddie Howe in what is a brutal move from the side.

Liverpool have also signed Hugo Ekitike this summer, who can also play as a No 9 and manager Arne Slot does not necessarily need to sign Isak ahead of the new season. However, with the impending sale of Darwin Nunez to Al-Hilal, Liverpool may have to up their bid for Isak or find an alternative heading into the new campaign.
