All eyes are on Andoni Iraola's next step as he prepares to leave Bournemouth at the end of the campaign.

A successful four years in charge of the Cherries could end with Iraola leading his side to Champions League football, as long as they finish sixth and Aston Villa win the Europa League.

Bournemouth currently have a two-point cushion on seventh-place Brighton & Hove Albion ahead of their home clash against Manchester City on Tuesday.

Whether they compete in the Champions League next season remains to be seen, but Iraola has already confirmed his departure, and the Spaniard is keen on staying in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace are pushing to land the 43-year-old as a long-term replacement for Oliver Glasner and Steve Parish is willing to offer him a lucrative contract to join.

The only issue is, Palace expect Iraola to "join a bigger club" once his contract expires, with Sky Sports revealing that Lens coach Pierre Sage has been discussed as a possible option alongside Kieran McKenna and Frank Lampard.

As it stands, though, the Eagles are fully focused on their Europa Conference League final against Rayo Vallecano, as Glasner aims to give the supporters a perfect parting gift.
