Frank's side have the best away record in England's top flight this term, claiming 10 points from four matches. Now they head to the Hill Dickinson stadium where they look to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat to Aston Villa.
Worrying team news
Questions first turned to team news and gave some worrying updates on a number of players, including Kolo Muani:
"It is the first time he has had a sustained block of training and minutes.
"He is not at the stage where he can be bombarded with 90 minutes at the intensity."
On Christian Romero, Destiny Udogie and Dominic Solanke: "Cuti just walked out on the grass running, positive and progressing, no timeframe but I don't expect it to be a longer one.
"Destiny isn't on the grass yet, not a longer one.
"Dominic positive, he's taking steps in the right direction every day. Sustainable amount of pitch sessions on his own."
Tottenham are coping without attackers
Next, Frank moved on to his injured riddled attack and remained positive on how his side are adapting to so many players being out of action.
"Every head coach or manager wants their best players fit. When that happens, we complain the squad is too big. Injuries are injuries, it is what it is.
"It would be lovely to be able to use Solanke, Kulusevski, Maddison, but we have some very talented attacking players available.
"We are working hard getting the flow with the front four. There have definitely been some good games and good spells, but we will keep working."
Frank is loving the peak in set piece goals
The Danish head coach was then asked about on set-pieces and long throws, something that is focused on by many sides such as North London rivals Arsenal.
"This season I have seen a crazy peak in it. I like it.
"Whatever you can do to create an advantage, extra threat, you need to look into it. You can talk about styles but I'm looking at maximising the opportunity to score goals."
Frank praises Everton
Finally, Frank commented on this weekend's opponents and praised Everton manager David Moyes and starman Jack Grealish.
"I think Everton is a very good team, not just (Jack) Grealish.
A good colleague and friend of mine David Moyes is there - someone who I respect a lot and his teams are always hard to beat. He has got Grealish able to flourish again."
