Garnacho, 22, only joined Chelsea from Man United for a reported £40 million last summer, but is already set to leave.
The winger failed to make much of an impression at Stamford Bridge, scoring eight goals and providing four assists in his 43 games.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have set their asking price for the winger at €50m for clubs abroad and £45m for Premier League clubs.
It’s also understood that Garnacho isn’t training with new manager Xabi Alonso as all parties seek a resolution.
Roma have been linked recently, but the Italian side are only willing to pursue a loan, while Chelsea are seeking a permanent exit.
