Bloom says it's important the club doesn't just tread water at this stage in their history.
He told the club's podcast: “For 15 years, 16 years I've been chairman. It’s been a great journey, but we cannot stand still, we are always wanting more. We are aiming to win trophies.
"It's really difficult. We’re in the Premier League and in two cup competitions which is extremely difficult, but we are pushing for that every single season.
“Our vision is to be a top ten club in the Premier League and a top four club in the Women's Super League. We are pushing on from being a top ten club to pushing for European football every season.
“That's the aim. We've got to be ambitious. We've got to carry on aiming high. We've got another great squad of players. I believe in them, I absolutely believe in Fabian (Hurzeler) and in the next five years we want to push on and do even better.”
