Gabriel didn't get on the pitch against Ipswich, but it marks another positive step in the midfielder's career.
Arteta Jr, who plays as a winger, isn’t officially contracted to the club, but was called up to the squad after training with them recently.
The teenager has previously played for Arsenal‘s U17s, making his debut against Watford in the Premier League Cup in October.
