The Champions League holders have confirmed that Enrique, 55, will have to undergo surgery following the incident that occurred on Friday (September 5).
According to La Source Parisienne, his fall happened in his native Spain, where he was spending time during the international break.
Enrique is understood to be a huge cycling enthusiast and is known to ride in Paris and around Campus PSG, the club’s training centre.
PSG have since released a statement, saying: “Following a bicycle fall that occurred this Friday, Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique was attended to by emergency services and will undergo surgery for a fractured collarbone.
“Paris Saint-Germain wishes to express its full support to Luis Enrique and wishes him a speedy recovery. The Club will communicate further information shortly.”
