He said upon his appointment today: "I am at home and I feel a huge responsibility since I decided to enter this new chapter.
"It has been three years of constant learning."
Torres, 40, also said: "For me, this step is very important and I want to be ambitious to make things better every day, meet the challenges that come and the responsibilities in the best way and at the same time know that I am not in a hurry and do not need to make mistakes."
