The Real Madrid defender, who started in central defence, tried to continue before finally being substituted after the break.
Already hampered by injury at the start of the match, the Brazilian was unable to last the hour mark.
According to El Partidazo de COPE , Militão is "suffering from discomfort in his right adductor" and will undergo medical tests this Wednesday in Madrid to assess the exact nature of the injury and the length of his absence.
