Fabregas made 150 appearances for Barcelona as a player, but he doesn’t want that allegiance to get in the way of his career.
"I have no red line. A red line, and I've been very clear about this from the beginning, is that I wouldn’t want to be an assistant... for example," Fabregas told Cadena COPE.
"I'm clear that I want to be a head coach. The other thing (the possibility of Real Madrid)? I haven't even thought about it or considered it. I haven't had time for anything."
The Spaniard has also been heavily linked with the Chelsea job, but it seems likely that he will remain at Como for at least one more season.
