The German dismissed rumours of internal strife at Barcelona, after reports claimed that sporting director Deco pressured him to play Lamine Yamal following the youngster’s alleged lateness to training.
Flick is understood to be a stickler for players turning up to training on time, having previously dropped Raphinha and Marcus Rashford from the starting eleven for being late.
Speaking ahead of Barcelona’s La Liga tie with Girona on Saturday (October 18), Flick went off on reports for suggesting there was issues behind the scenes.
"I don't know where you have got that information from, but at the end, I'm sorry about the choice of words, but it's totally b*******, okay?!" he said.
"I never, never was asked that. I really appreciate how they (the board) believe in my work. They would never ask me something like this.
"So, I can say it's b*******! And if someone said this, he's lying."
