According to Fichajes, Oyarzabal’s fine international form has caught the attention of Premier League champions Arsenal.
Current club Real Sociedad have no intention of letting him leave, however, with the player not likely to push for a move either.
Speaking to El Chiringuito about recent Barcelona links, Oyarzabal said: "Can you say no to Barcelona? Yes, you can. Of course you can. There are players who have told them no.
"I'm immensely happy in San Sebastian, I consider Real Sociedad my home, it's a place where I can live the life I want with my family. I've always said that I'm where I want to be."
