Juventus are leading the race for Manchester City playmaker Bernardo Silva ahead of his contract expiring.

Silva ended his Man City career in the most fitting way possible by winning the FA Cup against Chelsea on Saturday, with Antoine Semenyo's flick proving to be decisive.

An FA Cup triumph was the 19th trophy the Portuguese has won during a nine-year stay at the Etihad Stadium, and he will hope to make it trophy number 20 with the Premier League title.

Pep Guardiola's men need to win their final two games against Bournemouth and Aston Villa, while praying for Arsenal to slip up against either Burnley or Crystal Palace.

Regardless of what happens next weekend, though, Silva is one of the most decorated Premier League footballers of all-time, and Guardiola will find it difficult to replace his magician.

Juventus are currently leading the race for his signature, with his contract expiring in June, but they face competition from Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Benfica.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the 31-year-old "likes the opportunity" to test himself in the Serie A, but there's still a slight gap financially.

The Italian giants have offered €6 million per year plus bonuses, but Silva's asking price is €8m, and he's looking for a three-year contract. A decision is set to be made before the World Cup starts in mid-June.
