It was announced this morning that Bove and Roma had terminated his contract by mutual consent, so leaving him free to move to England and join Watford.
Bove is making the move to England as sporting regulations in Italy deny athletes from competing with heart issues.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano is reporting Bove will sign a deal to the end of the season at Watford, with the agreement including the option to extend for five years to 2031.
