BILD says Atubolu sees his future in the Premier League and along with Spurs, he is also being watched by West Ham United ahead of the summer market.
The 23 year-old has a deal with Freiburg to 2027.
Along with this U21 caps, Atubolu has also been called up to Julian Nagelsmann's senior Germany squad this season.
