He said: "We started together 14 years ago and after training he always stayed on the pitch to try something else: shots, penalties, worked with the goalkeepers.
"He always wanted to grow and this ultimately led him to reach the top of the top. He is an example of the desire to improve and work harder."
Asked about Osimhen's future, Troost-Ekong laughed: "I really can't tell you anything, but I know!"
