Kehl told Kicker: "Everyone is aware of the size of this match, our boys have been watching the Champions League final on TV for some years and now they will play it as protagonists. This is the most important match that can be played at club level.
We must face this match correctly, without going crazy, but having faith in ourselves and in the team. There will be difficult phases during the match, but also moments in which we can surprise Real Madrid.
"They have won all eight Champions League finals and the last time they lost an international final was 1983. They have a lot of experience, which our team lacks, and therefore the role of favourite is clearly assigned to them. But we will try to exploit the opportunity and it will be a very exciting task. We have the will to give everything and the joy of being courageous because we have nothing to lose."
Kehl added: "If we look at our entire Champions League season we see that we beat great teams in the group stage and then we won clearly against Paris Saint-Germain who for years tried to conquer this title by investing billions. That's why I think there is no team that deserves this final more than us."
