Arsenal table bid for Fenerbahce fullback Kadıoğlu

However, the Turkish giants are going to want a mega fee to part with the youngster.

Arsenal are said to have offered 20 million along with bonuses, but the offer is not sufficient.

Fener are seeking a bigger fee and may want a sum that is around double that figure.
