Getafe coach Bordalas unhappy with Sevilla defeat

Getafe coach Jose Bordalas was left frustrated after their 1-0 defeat at home to Sevilla.

Sergio Ramos proved Sevilla's matchwinner.

Bordalas said: "We are not happy, we have not achieved victory. If we do not achieve victory it is normal we are not happy. We have paid dearly for not having won. We knew that Sevilla could only hurt us on a counterattack or set piece. It has weighed us down.

"It was a spectacular match in the end, we bottled Sevilla in their field. A shame, three points are gone. You all know that we are very diminished in terms of attack and today we have suffered it.

"We don't have the players who are scoring goals like Borja or Enes and we are having a hard time scoring goals. We must congratulate the team, having 38 points is something to be proud of."

The match was suspended for racist chants at Sevilla defender Marcos Acuna.

Bordalas added: "I have not heard anything. If the referee and Acuña have heard it, it is normal, I agree that the protocol has been activated. I am against any chant even if it is in our stadium and we must put an end to it."
