Kone admits he's amazed by the passion Gasperini shows during games.
He told Il Corriere della Sera: "One thing that sets him apart from the others? He is so many things. I've never seen anyone experience matches like this.
"It's as if he were on the pitch. And it makes you want to fight for him."
Kone continued: "I never stress myself before matches, whether it's against a weaker team or a very strong one. The match is the most joyful part of our job; we train all week to play. And why ruin it with stress?
"We might as well have fun while following the coach's advice. But that doesn't mean I'm not demanding: I'm never happy with my performance, even though I've become consistent over time: before I'd play well one week, and then not the next."
