Evra left Manchester United for Juve, where he won two Scudetti.
Commenting on Tudor's dismissal, Evra said on social media: "I'll start by thanking the manager for everything. Now, however, I want to send a message to the players.
"When a manager is sacked, it's their fault; they didn't do a good job. It only happened to me once at Manchester United with David Moyes, and I felt like s*** there.
"I hope the players feel the same way now, given that those who have been there longer have seen two or three in a row."
He also said: "Juve has lost its values. Before, Agnelli, Marotta, Nedved, and Paratici were always with us. The best championship I ever won was 2014/15, when we started terribly.
"After the defeat against Sassuolo, we had a long conversation. There were those who wanted Allegri out. In my day, if you were still 0-0 after five minutes, you had pressure from the whole stadium, even the kids.
"If you don't want that, you have to leave. When you play for a club like Juve, you have to sacrifice everything, even your family."
