The 29-year-old is currently a free agent, and has been training at Fulham's Motspur Park base in south-London, per Sky Sports.
It remains to be seen whether Fulham intend to offer Bissouma a contract ahead of next season.
The Mali midfielder played just 11 times for Spurs last season, and his time at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium has been wrecked by injuries.
Bissouma's last competitive match came in Spurs' 2-1 away victory against Aston Villa in May, where he completed 23 minutes.
He made the move to Spurs from Brighton in 2022 after an impressive stint at the Amex, and could still provide quality for Fulham if a potential deal were to take place, despite his notable history with injuries.
