Per the BBC, Vici Private Finance is the group that is talking with Everton owner Farhad Moshiri.
They are ready to put in an all-equity offer without taking on additional debt on the club.
They have provided proof of their cash, which was an issue with previous bidders 777 Partners.
The group is being advised by former Blues director Keith Harris, who was on the club’s board until 2016.
