Van Dijk says he's spoken to young players at Liverpool about the pitfalls of social media - including senior teammate Rio Ngumoha.

He told The Times: "Those platforms are all about clicks, clicks, clicks, and the rush to be the first to say something.
"I've also spoken to Ngumoha and other young players about it: they need to prepare. Social media is a very dangerous place.
"It's not easy at all, there's too much noise and everyone's talking. Sometimes it's getting ridiculous.
"There are more and more platforms, and we often hear people say, 'You have to live with it.' No, it doesn't work like that, because you shouldn't be able to deal with all this constantly. We just play football."
