Moersen has spent the last 10 years working for CFG clubs and currently serves as the company’s director of football transactions.
Moersen has risen up the ranks at Manchester City and is highly regarded, and has even stepped up to support the director of football with negotiations in recent years.
As reported by David Ornstein, Spurs are ready to steal Moersen away in an attempt to switch up their staff behind the scenes.

Tottenham have seen a host of changes over the past year, with long-serving executive director Donna-Maria Cullen and former chairman Daniel Levy leaving the side. Co-Sporting Directors Johan Lange and Fabio Paratici also joined the side, who are not scared of having a lot of fresh faces.
The Standard report that head of administration Rebecca Caplehorn will also depart Spurs following the conclusion of the January transfer window in another role that the club must fill.
Moersen is currently in advanced talks to leave City Football Group and join Tottenham Hotspur's executive team in a deal that could be finalised in the coming weeks.
