The group, compromising of 12 members, are prepared to offer €3.3m for Spurs and also make €1.2bn available for team strengthening.
But in a new statement, Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd - which has an almost 87% stake in Tottenham - said it wanted to "reconfirm that Tottenham Hotspur is not for sale and Enic is not looking to sell its stake in the club".
The family of UK businessman Joe Lewis own the majority of Enic, while about 30% is held by former chairman Daniel Levy and his family.
Sources close to the Lewis family have insisted they're not interested in selling their stake in the club. Friday's second statement is the second this morning affirming the owners' commitment to Spurs after Amanda Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited had expressed interest.
