Last week, Spurs announced Fabio Paratici and Johan Lange as the club’s joint Sporting Directors in what was a huge change for manager Thomas Frank, who has seen mass staff alterations since his arrival.
Following that announcement, the North London side have announced another major change as Lewindon steps in as the Club’s new Performance Director.
Lange spoke on the change and praised Lewindon for his expertise heading into the position.
“We are delighted that Dan will be joining us as Performance Director.
“He was the standout candidate and brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of team and individual sports, working in high-performance environments with elite athletes.
“Dan also has a strong academic background, and his expertise will be hugely beneficial to us as we drive this area of the Club with innovative thinking. We look forward to Dan starting.”
Having worked with the Northampton Saints rugby team, England Rugby, and the Lawn Tennis Association, Lewindon will bring a lot of experience to Spurs as they once again continue to evolve as a club.
