Despite Liverpool’s struggles, Szoboszlai enjoyed his most productive season, scoring 13 goals and providing 12 assists in his 53 games.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Szoboszlai is set to stay at Liverpool for the foreseeable future and has agreed a new five-year deal with the club.
It’s understood that the deal is in its final stages, and an announcement is expected soon, with available players already back for pre-season under new manager Andoni Iraola.
